Are you a skilled Forklift Operator who enjoys being part of the manufacturing process? We are seeking a vibrant, "can-do" Production & Forklift Operator to join an expanding workforce in Lytton. Working for a premier Australian supplier, you will play a pivotal role in driving production forward while utilizing your forklift expertise to manage stock and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Forklift Operation (60%): Skilfully operate an LF forklift to move raw materials, load production lines, and organize finished goods.

• Production Support: Monitor machinery and assist in the manufacturing process to ensure high-quality output.

• Hand Tool Proficiency: Use various hand tools and equipment for assembly or maintenance tasks as required.

• Quality Control: Maintain meticulous attention to detail to ensure every product meets strict standards.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to meet daily targets in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensing: A current and valid Australian Forklift Licence (LF) is ESSENTIAL.

• Attitude: A proactive, "can-do" mindset with a genuine eagerness to learn and grow.

• Experience: Previous manufacturing experience or exposure to machinery is highly regarded.

• Physical Fitness: Comfortable with a hands-on role that involves both operating and manual tasks.

• Residency: You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident as the postion is ongoing with potential for permanency.
